Yes, you have the potential to achieve something. You just won’t know how much you can achieve without trying. The kids who have world records didn’t just step into a gym and squat 250kg, it took them years to get to where they are.

Dude Im 174 cm and your weight-168 pounds and I just turned 16, and yet I can only bench 240 with good form.So your stronger then me. I care about bodybuilding only perhaps if did more powerlifting rep ranges and training I could possibly do 250 by now. But yeah your stronger then me and younger so id say your above average.
