Keep doing what you’re doing. It’s obviously working.

thankz man

Yeah no problem man. What’s your diet like?

Legs, back?

So when are you doing your first competition?

They don’t matter. You’ve been here a month. You should know this by now.

Nice ABZ, man!!!

What training recommendations would you have for building the serratus anterior?

perfect ubulus upper dorsimus.

but seriously, no doubt that if you changed up your training split, and ate your ass off, you would see better gains then what you are seeing now. stick to the beginners section. gl

Yes? :frowning:
Edit: change your workout. Where are the leg/back days?

Might be time to cut.

Lord I hope this kid is kidding with that fucked up workout plan.

Kid, stop working out for hours on end. Shoot for an hour to and hour and a half TOPS. Eat something and find a workout by one of the authors on this site.

I wish we could rate a zero…

I take it you do a super secret workout on Sundays?

I don’t usually comment on RMP but, come on man, not one leg exercise, not one back exercise…all I can say is wow

Those are obviously part of the super secret day he intentionally left off in his post.

Is the OP posing in a McDonalds bathroom? …Good God…

MUST be a troll. Pervysage??? (I sure hope so).

But just in case you’re real kid. Get over to the beginner’s forum where you belong and start learning about all the things you’re doing wrong.

No offense intended but you need some serious guidance. Luckily, you came to the right place to find it!
