I would guess that he recommends 15-20g of fish oil. But correct me if I’m wrong.
I don’t know for sure. Don’t quote me on anything. I can’t find any article in which Poliquin talked about high doses. I could have sworn I read somewhere though. And if so, I can’t confirm weather it was 15-20gr of fish oil or epa/dha.
That’s why I posted it here. Hopefully someone knows and correct me or verify this.
