Im a rower, I row in a heavy weight junior mens quad, we are currently the best national team, and are hoping to beat the youth Olympic crew this national. As such, I cant continue bulking and must cut to a reasonable boat weight. I already have a very good power to weight, but I need to make it better, every pound less is one inch more.
