Never made a log before but it’s here and free so why not. I’m 18, 5’10", and 185 pounds. Will be competing at 181 on July 26. The 1300 total is a stretch but why not lol
Goal lifts are 455 squat, 305 bench, and a 545 deadlift. Currently at 425 squat, 275 bench, 495 deadlift. Following a squat program given to me by my former shot-put coach. Maxing deadlifts every other thursday and doing box squats on the others (or if I don’t pr deadlifts). And doing two bench days, one with competion style bench work and another with assistance work.
