Just looking to tell my story a little. Stuck with a NewYear's resolution in '09, to lose weight. I weighed in at 310 pounds. By june1/09 i was weighing in at 185 steady. I did this all on my own....just monitoring my diet and exercise, lots of cardio. My plan was to rehab my former injuries, knee, back, and shoulder... and go at my own speed.
