In a few weeks I will be finishing “Great Guns” and will then start Ian Kings “12 weeks to Super Strength” program. 2 days a week I will be doing the “Super Strength” program and one day a week I will be doing light maintancne for the rest of the body.
My ? is, would it be ok to do train my deadlifts hard on my maintenance day? I ask because I havent realy gotten a chance to train my dead hard. I would train the rest of my body moderately on my maintenance day, but would also train my deads very hard. Is this ok, or to much? I know Mr. King wants us to train the rest of the body lightly, but would training deads hard be too much?
