12 Weeks to Super Strength

Will the 12 Weeks to Super Strength program also add mass to my arms? Anyone who tried the program is welcome to answer.

Absolutly!!!Not only did my strength sky-rocket, I added noticible amounts of muscle to my whole upper body.(including arms!)I also had some pain in my elbows before the program-this went away once the program got under way. Good Luck!!
