I recently started Ian King’s 12 Weeks to Super Strength and “Limping” programs. I am currently on a 4 days on/ one day off schedule, alternating between arms and legs. My question is this: do you think this is insufficient recovery time given this program? I made it through the first two five day cycles in one piece, despite incredible soreness, and I’m debating if it is wise to keep this up for twelve weeks. The other issue is that between this and breakdancing, I’m too sore and short on time to do any regular cardio, though I doubt I need it to stay lean given this activity level. I’m open to all of your opinions, and I would encourage anyone to chime in, especially those who have tried these programs. Thanks!
