Not really sure what to write on this but here goes.
Awoke 530am 2x HOT-ROX
550am HIIT sprints for 15 minutes.
7am Whey isolate 10g, Metrx Power foods reds (cant get Superfood here yet) and 4 egg whites 1 whole egg.
10am 5 egg whites, 1 scoop Metabolic Drive, 2 fish oils, 10 almonds
1215pm exactly as above
3pm Metabolic Drive, flaxpowder
415pm 1 x Spike
450pm training chest, shoulders, tris DC style but with a stretch exercise thrown in.
545 1 x Surge
615pm 1 x syntha 6
715 large salad,150g homemade lean steak mince grilled 1.5 slices bread, low fat yoghurt and mint dip.
Hoping all carbs from bread will go into muscle.
Im at about 12% bf now so don’t wanna peak to early. I will try and figure out how to get photos on here asap.
