Wednesday deadlift and bench

I got a video of my set of 225 but it is not uploading at the moment.

My shoulder dosent really feel comfortable when i raise it overhead its a ac joint sprain i think
im foam rolling it and doing streches and lots of face pulls and pull aparts. I still benched i did 8x5 of only 95lbs but with a 2 second pause. Im thinking about taking a deload week this week how should i do this? i was thinking to cut the sets in half and cutting out the assistance movements.
