12 Weeks Out from Comp. Diet to Maintain Weight, Improve Quality

hi everybody , next week i’ll start a prep, 12 weeks out height-weight competition. i’m 168 and 68kg right now, i’ll be on stage at 68 + - 2kg … it’s right to start with normocaloric diet to mantain weight and improve quality untill competition?
