thanks bro… I know I have a long way to go…

the 9% was measured by a Parillo performance caliper 7 step method from this website:

how tall are you?

5’11 1/2"

great progress man. your traps could be brought up, also, is your left delt smaller than your right?

8 for physique, 10 for transformation in 11 weeks

VERY impressive. What did you do for training, nutrition, supplements to get those results?

im impressed, and also wanting to know what you did for nutrition as im planning on going on a similar cut in about a month,

Great Transformation! What’s your lift stats like?

Photoshop. Lasso tool or magic wand selection tool the object, or around it, invert selection if selected everything else. Cut image, paste onto new image. Use whatever color background you wish.

OP, really impressive for 11 weeks!

Correct. But unless he carries zero fat on his backside (I’m 100% sure this isn’t the case) I can tell he’s not yet 9%.

OP, you are looking good and are on track to getting very lean. As an aside, pay no attention to bodyfat calipers; chase the mirror. Goodluck and stay strong.
