11 Days of Cardio

Hey guys,

In late January I will be doing an 11 day course with KravMagaGlobal to be certified as a third party protection instructor. For those of you who don't know, Krav Maga is an Israeli self defense system.Each day consists of a mix of pad work, partner drills, lectures, technique focus etc so the intensisty is always changing. We have an 1 hour to 1.5 hours lunch break with a couple short 5-10 minute breaks throughout the day.

During my last course I basically ate whatever I wanted, usually a big breakfast of pancakes, fruit and eggs, chinese dishes for lunch and whatever I could get my hands on for dinner. Nuts, fruit and energy bars were snacked on during the day.

This time around I want to be a little more careful with my diet. For the last 4 months (I have been cutting and have gotten some really good results and plan to lose a little more bodyfat) which I don't want to throw away. I was hoping to start bulking at the begining of January but this course seems to interfere.

So I have two questions:
1. How should my diet look between now and the course?
2. How should my diet look during the course?
