ok heres the situation. right now im weighing 260, 6’5’’ tall, solid build but having trouble w/ my diet. worst part is my schedule isnt the usual. I work 12-9 usually so my workouts dont begin till about 11:00pm or even midnight sometimes. Lately my diets consisted of an atkins shake at noon, rice and chicken at about like 4pm. After than ive been trying to figure out what to have. Post workout is obv a protein shake. Anyone have any tips of dieting or even foods to fill me up/ snack on through out the day?
