10x3 & TBT

I am currently on a well balanced 4-6 week 10x3 program and when I am done I was planning on doing CW’s TBT program. I am curious if I would be able to do them back and forth and still see significant results; Being that they are both hypertrophy based and would be balanced enough that the set/rep schemes and actual exercises that would be executed are not constant.

Example:
10x3: 4-6 Weeks
TBT: 8 Weeks
10x3: 4-6 Weeks
TBT: 8 Weeks
