10x3 for Fat Loss

Anyone try this? How were your results? Did iy train you like complexes?

I am at week one of complexes for fat loss and want to try something diffrent next.

My weight went from around 176-172 and I am at day 3. My diet is better than it was 2 weeks ago when I was doing meltdown training so hopefully my BF% will keep droping.
