10x3 FFL ?

This may be a strenage question…

Most of the fat I have to loose is in my stomach and ass haha. This routine calls for back squats, would I be better of switching to front squats? I ask because I read some one on here has the same problem and they were advised to do front squats instead.

I like doing front squat alot more anyway.

Do the back squats. If you are losing fat, building up the legs will help. The other person you were referring to was building muscle too quickly in certain areas and wanted to slow that down.
