Hi,

I am 5'9'' , 62 kg with 10% bf . I wanna start a cycle in which , I don't want water retention or bloating , rather pure solid 10 kg of muscle . I would do 4 days training and 2 days of cardio .Gonna take 200 - 300 calorie surpass with clean diet mostly from lean Protein and healthy fats and 30 % from Slow digesting carbs . So , asking everyone's comment whether this below AAS cycle can give me 10 kg of pure muscle or not .

Week 1 - 6 :

Test Enth - 500 mg twice a week

Tren enth - 500 mg once a week

Anavar - 50 mg ed

Week 7 - 10

Test prop - 500mg (weekly) eod

Primo - 400 mg (weekly) eod

Deca - 250 mg once a week

Anavar - 50 mg ed

week 10 - 16

Test Prop - 500 mg(weekly) eod

Masteron - 500 mg (weekly)eod

Deca - 250 mg once a week

anavar - 50 mg ed

PCT :

Armidex dutring cycle

Novla after cycle

week 4 - 16 : HCG

HGH after the cycle for 2 months

IGF 1 next 1 months

Do you guys believe I can get 10 kg of pure solid muscle mass in 4 months .. biceps from 13 to 16 and chest from 34 to 38 ?

Thanks

Holy shit. You’re doing this cycle with a starting point of 13 inch biceps? Dude… you’re not ready.

Before I read up to that point I was going to say this: If this is your first cycle, then you could definitely put on 10 kg, and even if it wasn’t your first cycle, it would have still been likely. I would have also recommended eating more than a 200-300 kcal surplus.

I guess when you said you weighed 62kg it didn’t really register with me how small you were, because I’m American and Kg’s don’t work well in my brain. You’re fucking tiny though.

You have no business doing steroids at all right now, MUCH LESS a cycle that looks like this. It’s too much. You’re going to fucking kill yourself doing this.

Here are my recommendations, in order of what I believe are the right directions to go…

  1. Don’t do this at all. I don’t believe you have to be at your natural limit or whatever before going down this road, but I do believe you should have some sort of reasonable training background. You obviously don’t. You don’t know how to eat enough. You HAVE to learn the basics, and put a few solid years into training and proper dieting before you go to the dark side.

  2. IF YOU REFUSE TO DO #1… your cycle is waaaaay too aggressive for any beginner. It’s truly insane. Too many compounds, and the doses are much too high. In weeks 7-16 you plan on taking like 4 grams a week of total juice. What. The. Fuck. I don’t know how you came up with this, but don’t do it.

Here’s what you should do, if you absolutely insist on steroids: 10-12 weeks of Test enth. at 500mg/week. Arimidex EOD throughout the cycle. Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 PCT. HCG if you want. NO TREN NO ANAVAR NO MASTERON NO TEST PROP NO DECA NO PRIMO NO HGH. Do you even know why you included those things? I seriously doubt it.

If you do the cycle I just outlined, and eat enough, you’ll put all the size on that you want. But honestly, at your size, you could put on 10 kg of muscle in 4-5 months WITHOUT STEROIDS AT ALL. Seriously.

Nope , my mistake , it was Test P , Masteron per week 500 mg and pining eod

I am an ectomorph , with 5 ft 9inch … so 62 kg isn’t too bad in this respect …

i have been training for 2 years … burnt 6 kg of fat and put up almost 4 kg of muscle , I belief . But for ectomorph its hard to get muscle naturally !!!

#8

Thanks …

Actually its test p , mast 500 mg per week with pining eod , my mistake

Being an ectomorph its hard to put muscles … I burnt 6 kg fat but put up only 4 kg in past 2 years … so wanted to try this …

If you couldn’t gain more than this naturally, it means 2 things. 1. You didn’t eat enough. Not even close. 2. Steroids won’t get you where you want to be.

The first picture in the thread is what I used to look like. My avatar picture is me a few months ago. No steroids needed to do that.

In the immortal words of the late, great Professor X… eat a hamburger.

I was going to make a joke, but I don’t want to accidentally spread rumors.

Dead on these forums. Not in real life.

You know what i read when someone says “but I’m an ectomorph” to me that just says “but I’m lazy and don’t know what im doing so i blame it on being small which i can’t fix because I’m lazy and don’t know what I’m doing”

Thanks flipcollar …

A quote I got from Professor X 10-12yrs ago: “eat to grow, train for strength…become bigger and stronger” a lot of times shit is that simple! No roids needed, if your not getting stronger your training sucks, if your not getting bigger your diet sucks. This is true for 90%+ of people out there. Taking anabolics when you don’t know how to eat or train is just setting yourself up for lack luster results that will quickly fade

You are looking to gain weight with anabolics but in 2 years have only managed to lose 2kg… you need to learn to eat to get the scale moving up in order to add significant muscle mass. In reality it isn’t that difficult, track what you eat and see what happens to your body weight… if your weight doesn’t go up try and get 300±500 cal more a day and keep on trucking… if you continue to add weight while progressing in the gym you will add a lot of muscle without roids

When I was 18 years old, I weighed about 59kg. That was when I started lifting weights and eating better. For the first several years of lifting, I ate until my stomach hurt, as many times during the day as possible. My diet included a lot of pasta, eggs, chicken, vegetables, and milk. I weighed over 72kg after 1 year of doing this.

The bottom line is that whatever you’re eating, it’s not enough. Eat a lot of carbs, and a lot of protein. If you’re not gaining weight, eat more. If you’re stomach hurts, keep eating anyway. It’s not comfortable, and it’s not fun, but it works. And eventually it gets easier.

Eating, in my opinion, has been the most difficult aspect of getting bigger. Weight lifting is easy. It takes 4 or 5 hours a week of concentrated effort. Eating big is a lifestyle, 7 days a week, for multiple hours a day when you include buying groceries, preparing food, and eating it.

I weigh about 86kg now, and it’s relatively easy for me to keep this weight on now. These days, I can eat as much as I want, anytime of day, and there’s a good chance I’ll still be hungry afterwards.

no cardio during gaining phase until you are actually big…

and as for his recommendation regarding eating, I would suggest a more moderate and balanced approach. Keep a food journal - I guarantee you that you are eating far less than you think you are.

do not just eat for the sake of eating. eat 5-6 equal and balanced meals consisting of the same protein, carbohydrate, and fat macro breakdown.

you do not want to get fat and put undue stress on your body. I would suggest you avoid all dairy and wheat products and stick to foods that are more “evolutionarily correct” (for lack of a better term) I.E. eggs, meat, green vegetables, rice, sweet potatoes, peanut/almond butter, healthy oils etc.

get a food scale for your meats, measuring cups for your carbs, and measuring spoons for your fats, and begin gradually increasing your intake, keeping track of everything.

also keep a lifting log and record your workouts. once you have these things in place for 4-5 years then maybe you can revisit the whole drug thing.
