1000 Calorie Meal Ideas (No Dairy)

For what its worth, I second the vertical diet. My typical meal is white rice, lean ground beef, diced peppers, carrots and chicken stock. I usually eat this two times a day and with how I portion the servings, its about 800ish calories. Nice thing is, is that you can customize the size of the meal to your liking, just increase meat or rice. I never really gave much thought about gut health until I no longer have bloating, gas, inflammation et cetera.
