Have a dumb question regarding the 1000% Awesome template in Forever. Do you or do you not do a deadlift day with the supplemental and 5’s PRO with the press? Or do you just run the template as written?

You do not, 3 days a week as written (or swap the press and bench if you’d like, per the book).
I add some extra and very easy sets at the end of the deadlift and press 5/3/1 regular sets, just to have more volume and improve the form.
