This is the first time I am going to take bcaa and add it to my 100% Whey Protein, my question is 100% Whey Protein ( optimum nutrition ) has:

So the protein shake has the same amount of bcaa as the bcaa alone. Do you think that it is a good idea to take the bcaa with my protein?
