100 Rep Trap Bar Workout

I will be starting Ben Bruno’s 100 rep trap bar workout next week. Has anyone figured out what a good percentage of 1RM is to start the program? Thanks!

That was a program leading up to 10x10, right? I wouldn’t start with anymore than 50%.

That seems like it might work. From where I am, I would be finishing at about 75% for the last two weeks.
