When should you add it, into your workout?
Just a few questions.
I used to do it through the wrestling season whenever I was sore. I'm sure you know the science behind it, so I'll just say that my experiance with it was that I think it helped, and even if it didn't, I know it wasn't causing extra damage.
Also, I added it in on my days off, sometimes right before stretching. This helped as a warm up to stretch.
