100 Rep Leg Presses, Every Training Day Question

First of all thank you very much for all the knowledge you are spreading for free on the internet! REALLY appreciated!

I read your article the other day about the 100 rep Leg Press “program” and basically just have this one simple question: Do I just start with this exercise every single day even on my leg days (where I do Leg Press as the number two exercise) and on leg day should I change anything because of the 100 reps?

Really looking forward to hearing from you AND to get started.

I’d skip it on leg day since it would likely detract from the performance of the rest of the workout OR do it, but at the end of the session
