100 Rep Curls or Rest Pause?

Hi Paul, quick question here. I saw your you tube video for 100 rep bar curls and was wondering if this would be a good stand alone option for a little bicep size or is it only good as a finisher to a more involved bicep workout. I don’t do any direct bicep training, as I focus mostly on strength right now, but want to use these at the end of my workout to as I said gain a little bicep size. Or would something like a rest pause set with the bar be a better option? Thanks!

I used it all by its lonesome. I didn’t wanna do anything else after that.

And even strength athletes should be doing biceps training. It stabilizes the elbow. That’s kind of important in pressing.

I tell all guys to shoot for the 100 non stop. If you can’t make the 100 just keep at it until you can.
