100 Leg Press Reps and Daily Band Work

Hi Coach,

Hope the baby and parenthood are treating you well!

I came across your article on doing band-pushdowns daily for triceps, as well as the article below for leg size… I was wondering how long (weeks/months) I would do both for?

Both is almost a full workout :slight_smile: I had a memeber of the national bobleigh team do both for 4 weeks. I wouldn’t go longer than that.
