I was walking around in my local supplement store and I stubbled across a new bottle of protein the store has started to carry. I forgot the brand, but it was 100% egg protein, no carbs, ~1g fat, and ~20g protein. My question is egg a good source for protein, would this be as good or better than whey (it was slightly more expensive than the whey I buy)?
Egg is a complete protein. It is better to use compared to whey for meal replacements in my opinion due to the slower absorption. Whey is better pre and post workout.
