Well that depends. Are you following Waterbury’s ABBH? If you are then you only do bench. If you aren’t then it might depend on how often you train chest. 10 X 3 is actually a lot of stimulation and I wouldn’t do anymore as long as I was training chest more then once a week and I was systematically increasing the weight.
Alright thanks. I do chest once a week, but have been thinking of adding another workout. Last week I did incline dumbell press after it and didn’t feel to bad, but I want to make sure I won’t be over working myself.

You should be doing 10x3 for chest on one day and nothing else for chest on that particular day.
You should, however, train your chest on your other workout days.
