hey, the weight will come with time and smart eating. You have got years to build strength and size. when i went into the army at 19, i was 165 lbs at 6’5", they almost didnt take me. I went to 210 in that 8 weeks. When i started lifting i weighed 195 at 30 and now i’m 315 after 11 years. you will have the advantage of good conditioning, i would be careful with the squatting if you already have knee problems and try to get an experienced lifter to check your form, or try box squatting. stick with basic programs and build size and strength with squats, deads, benches and over head pressing and keep a workout log. you prob have a high metabolism and will have to take in a lot of protein and calories to build size but it will come with time. Dont read bodybuilding mags and get good magazines like power and powerlifting usa and look into sources from there.
