10 Week Program - Exercise Subs?

Hi all, I used to do Christian Thibaudeau's Hard Body Training for Women ( https://www.T-Nation.com/workouts/hard-body-training-for-women ), and I loved it, got good results. But then I moved. I used to have a tall ceiling converted mill apartment, and now I work out of my basement.

Any recommendation on move replacements for some of the sets?:

What could I replace overhead medball throws with, now that I'm vertically challenged?

What could I replace using the row ergometer with, since neither I or my gym own one?
