is this okay if im still meeting my daily calorie needs while awake? or am i going too long without food while sleeping for 10 hours? feel free to tell me your opinion whether it be fact or experience
I think it is fine. Some days I get more sleep than others and if necessary I will add extra food to my meals to meet my caloric/nutrient needs.
