10 Day Layers & Loaded Carries

CT - I know you do not recommend adding any trash to the layer workouts, but what about 5-10 minutes of loaded carries as a finisher? I find I can add this to the end and still get out of the gym in under 45 minutes.

Also, what are your thoughts on occasionally doing 2 layer sessions in 1 day, assuming my supplementation is tight - ie full protocol both sessions (Plazma, Mag-10, Finibars)?

You could always replace the prowler work on the squat days with loaded carries

I do not want to go into too much details on this since I’m working on something. But you can add carries in the form of three 1-minutes bouts of carries shooting for Max distance
