10 Day Carb Back Loading Phase

I've currently just started the 10 day prep phase for a carb back loading diet. In which I'm suppose to eat under 30 g of carbs each day for 10 days. I feel fine lifting and what not my only concern is I have a basketball game once a week and I'd prefer not to have to go low carb before my game so if I were to not eat low carb one day in the prep phase would it ruin it?
