Who has run the program or has experience with it and can give me an honest solid review? I really like that everything is so extensively programmed and detailed, but was never crazy about RPE or squatting and benching only once per week. I understand how everything works mostly … Just want to hear from someone who actually has used it for a meet cycle with success.
