10/10 Transformation Eating

Started the other day but im confused on my eating schedule.

On nonW/O (Work Out) days I know I should be eating 4 meals and 3 snacks (~210lbs) but on days I W/O do I eat 4 meals, 3 snacks, AND the pre/post foods listed??

Seems like a lot of food! I may have to get off of ECA so I can get down all the food from just Phase I

during fat loss phases the pre/post workout REPLACES a meal. during the hypertrophy phases the pre/post workout is IN ADDITION to your other meals/snacks. Chad answered this himself in another thread.

10/10 is a pretty solid program, good luck with it.
