Try a complete Vitamin E supplement for the hair loss.

Taking Zinc and Magnesium might help you with the acne. Epsom salt baths are great for helping with Magnesium. A lack of magnesium can also affect the brain and the skin.

For your mood/depression…I highly recommend Brain Candy. I have some brain damage (literally) and I’m pretty healthy with Brain Candy. I’m a mess without it. That supplement is a part of my life and is not something I can live without.

How is your oral health? Do you floss? Do you use toothpaste with Flouride? If you don’t floss, start. If you use flouride, stop. Try to buy a water filter that takes flouride out of your water also.[/quote]
Thanks bro. I’m definitely going to look in to all of this.

StandTall,

Brain candy… I’m intrigued, seems like viagra for the brain. Do you take the Biotest shots? If so, every day?

Yeah Dude,
I take them religiously. If I don’t take them I don’t react to life as well.

I don’t know about it being like Viagra. I’d say more like a great blow job that you never forget (that gf who you’ll never forget her skills) versus an okay blow job (you still appreciate it but it isn’t mind blowing).

That’s what life is like on Brain Candy. I honestly didn’t realize how much it affected me until I took it for 2 weeks and then stopped. I then took it for a few months and figured “it’s not worth the money.” After a few terrible weeks I mentally went over what had changed and why I was reverting back to my state of mind while being in Afghanistan. I realized BC was the only thing that changed. I accidently ran out an additional time and now I ensure I always have enough BC. It is better than Power Drive when it comes to “handling life.” I do have PTSD and it helps me think like a person who doesn’t have PTSD.

I’m getting a bit of gyno, which is very strange since my T is low per lab (380), there shouldn’t be much aromatization to E right?

Any ideas?

Got rid of flouride as advised, feel a bit more clear.

TT and FSH are low, and make sense together.

LH and FT are high. Seems like labs caught a LH pulse and response.
What was time of day and hours since waking up?

Your E2 vs TT [represents average T levels] makes you estrogen dominant. T blocks E at E-receptors just as E can block T at T-receptors. So that does allow wiggle room for gyno. Progesterone is then a person of interest.

Now what?

3 p.m 4 hours after.

My labs are confusing. It seems my FSH (lowish) and LH (high) don’t coincide and this has happened in 3 labs over long periods of time.

I got back on the protocol T HCG AI and already feel much better. ( I need the energy to focus in school )

The liver seems to be getting a bit worst and I think maybe my SGBH is abnormally low.

Next step for me is progesterone as you suggest, liver studies, and lab work with SGBH on TRT.

So what’s the opinion on minoxidil here?

I’ve been doing 10mg a day of T with HCG, but still shedding a lot.

Tried saw palmetto with pumpkin oil, but it messed up libido within three days.

What are the safe treatments since DHT blockers are said to be dangerous. (Even a weak herb gave me sides lol)

Been using ketoconazole for almost a year, doesnt seem to do much.

Your liver values can easily be managed by using a liver support supplement such as NAC.

When cycling between Nolva and HCG to maintain fertility after how many days is it safe to return to HCG?

If the half-lives are comparable, as one falls the other rises. So switching the next day makes sense.
