I recently read an article utilizing a 1 rep/ 6 rep structure for 2 sets of each. Does anyone know the title or who wrote it? Thanks
Charles Poliquin wrote an article about this rep scheme way back when in Muscle Media 2K, and Ian King uses this rep scheme in his advanced "bring on the pain" series. You'll find it if you do a search of this site.
That would be wave loading. Poliquin has an article on it running around in the archives somewhere. Really revs up the CNS for some good strength.
