Just wondering if anyone uses 1MR for pre WO stimulant? I currently use coffee or energy drink about 1/2 before I workout (I eat a bowl of Oats about hour before). My sister inlaw swears by this stuff. She got a bunch of it next to nothing from nutrition store guy who has a crush on her. She says it's so strong she only takes half a dose(but she's a caffeine pussy anyways). I haven't tried any yet. I was just wondering if anyone that "has" or "does" use it could chime in and let us know what the deal is?
