preach on, brother. three years ago i barely weighed 140 (i’m 5’7"). i was talking about tattoo’s with my roommate and he told me i would never be muscular enough to have chest work done. now (after many rough starts and extended rest periods) i’m 170 on my way to a goal weight of 180, still tattoo-less, and i’ve inspired my former roommate to start lifting.
