Decided to test 1RM to get a true measure of it instead of an estimate. I could of probably went 225 but didn't want to aggravate this problem I have with my right leg. Will post tomorrow on the condition of it. Squatting always seems to give my right leg a striking pain along the edge during and the day after. But I performed a ton of stretching in between sets.
Felt good, Hams were really trembling, the were still sore from deadlifts
105-110 on both for 12-15 reps 3 sets each
Doing these right now because I feel it helps with my hip stability and flexibilty. ( Correct me if it actually doesn't)
10 mins biking
Did mainly to kinda flush out my legs, and keep a sweat going.
